Most items ie: Coving and Cornice are stocked and despatched by courier to mainland UK, and should arrive within 2-5 days. Minimum £9.95 for Delivery FREE Delivery if you spend more than £150.

All deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked". If you notice any damage, which is very rare with these products, we need to be notified within 24 hours in order to process any claim. Any requests for re-imbursement after this period cannot be executed due to our courier’s claims policy. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are suitable for the Buyer's purpose.

A receipt signature is required on delivery. Please note that this signature is your acceptance that the correct number of packages have been delivered undamaged. If you find obvious damage to any packaging please ensure that you sign for the goods as damaged, check the contents and advise us of damage immediately. If the packaging is to your satisfaction you will still need to check that the contents are in good condition, although you do not need the courier to wait while you do this. Whilst damage is very rare, any damage should be notified to us the day you receive your delivery. Any damaged goods that are notified in this way will be
replaced immediately.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for the Buyer's purpose.

The goods are considered to be accepted and shall be dispatched at the buyer's risk, even if the shipment is free. All possible risks are considered to be passed to the buyer at the time of acceptance as defined here above.

If circumstances such as accidents, general or partial strikes, lock-out, lack of transport, general or partial fire at the premises of the seller, etc, relieve the seller of his responsibilities.

Standard Products may be returned for refund or exchange, as long as they are returned within 14 days. However, this will be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling charge, plus cost of carriage.  Special orders cannot be returned, as these are supplied as one offs for the client concerned. Products in this category are Orac Flexi mouldings,

The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods on the day of delivery (or early the following day if goods are delivered after 3pm) and shall notify the seller within this time of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed. The buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods in whole or in part after such date.

No goods shall be returned without prior agreement. A basic handling charge of 20% plus cost of delivery will be made for returning goods, unless otherwise authorised. It is the Buyer's responsibility to return any goods. The cost of returning any goods is strictly for the buyers account.

The seller shall not be liable for damages assessed after acceptance of the goods, except when the buyer establishes proof that the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. In any case, the liability of the seller is limited to a period of 1 year and, to the choice of the seller, to replacement of the goods or refunding of the concerned goods.
